Every paid Striveloom theme (Atlas, Atelier, Signal, Obsidian, Broadside, Prism) and the full bundle include a 30-day refund window starting from the date of purchase. You can request a refund regardless of whether you've activated the theme on your reseller workspace.

Two clicks, one email

1. 1. Email us at support@striveloom.com with the subject line "Theme refund" and your order ID.
2. 2. We reply within 1 business day confirming the refund and triggering it through Stripe. Funds land back on the original card within 5-10 business days, depending on your issuer.
3. 3. Your license is revoked — the theme stops rendering on your reseller domain immediately, and your workspace falls back to Monolith (the free baseline) on the next page load.

All paid themes + bundle

• Any single theme purchase (Atlas, Atelier, Signal, Obsidian, Broadside, Prism)
• The full 6-theme bundle ($999)
• Activated or not — the window applies to all paid purchases
• Customer-side bugs, layout issues, or general "not what I expected"

What's not refundable

• Monolith — it's free, so there's nothing to refund.
• Refunds past 30 days — if you're past the window we'll review case-by-case but the automatic guarantee doesn't apply.
• Reseller Mode subscription — that's a separate product with its own billing terms.
• Chargeback abuse — filing a chargeback bypasses the refund flow and may result in account suspension.

A few specifics

What if I activated the theme and shipped it to a client?

Still refundable within 30 days. The license is revoked, the theme stops rendering, and your workspace falls back to Monolith.

What if I bought the bundle and only want to refund one theme?

Bundle refunds are all-or-nothing. We don't partially refund the bundle — either the whole bundle goes back or it stays.

Can I rebuy after refunding?

Yes. Refunding doesn't block future purchases.
