Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Rioco LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Striveloom, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Striveloom”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of striveloom.com, the Striveloom platform, our AI add-ons, free tools and agency services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, starting a trial, making a purchase or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- The Services are for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and tell us promptly at security@striveloom.com about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your organization.
- We may refuse or suspend accounts created with false information, by bots, or for abuse.
2. The Services
- AI add-ons are self-serve monthly subscriptions (for example AI Bots, the AI Phone Agent, AI SDR, AI Social Media, WhatsApp Business, AI Meeting Notes, AI Lead Research, AI Founder OS and Reseller Mode). Features, usage limits (such as phone minutes) and prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
- Agency services (such as website builds, SEO and marketing projects) are one-time or recurring engagements. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price are set out in the proposal, order or statement of work you accept, which forms part of these Terms. If they conflict, the accepted proposal controls for that engagement.
- Themes are one-time purchases licensed for use as described at checkout.
- Shopify apps: these Terms and our Data Processing Addendum also apply to merchants who install Striveloom's Shopify apps (Striveloom AI and Striveloom COD Confirm AI). For shopper and customer personal data processed through those apps, the merchant is the controller and Striveloom is the processor (see Privacy Policy, Section 15). App plans are billed through Shopify under Shopify's terms.
- Free tools (such as the website roast, LLM Recall and free audits) are provided as is, may be rate-limited, and may change or end at any time.
- We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we remove a material paid feature you are using, we will give reasonable notice, and you may cancel.
3. Free trials, billing and renewal
- Free trial: each AI add-on includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the payment method on file is charged the price shown at checkout.
- Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for all fees, applicable taxes, and any usage-based charges or overages shown in your plan.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation: you can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@striveloom.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Price changes: we will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect on an existing subscription. The change applies from your next renewal.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. We may suspend paid features if the balance remains unpaid.
- Agency projects: are billed as stated in the accepted proposal. Larger projects may be billed in milestones tied to delivery checkpoints.
4. Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid billing period has started, except where required by law or stated otherwise here. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged.
- Theme purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee; see the Theme Refund Policy.
- Some agency services carry a specific guarantee stated in their proposal or service page (for example, a refund if an audit or migration does not meet its stated outcome). Those guarantees apply as written.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@striveloom.com within 30 days of the charge.
5. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You must use the Services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you are responsible for:
- Phone calls and SMS: complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry and state or foreign equivalents; obtaining any required prior express (written) consent before outbound AI or automated calls and texts; honoring opt-out and do-not-call requests; and calling only at permitted times.
- Call recording and AI disclosure: giving any notice and getting any consent the law requires before calls are recorded or transcribed (including in all-party consent states and countries), and disclosing that callers are speaking with an AI where required.
- Email outreach (AI SDR and campaigns): complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL and similar laws, including accurate sender details, a working unsubscribe link, and a lawful basis for contacting each recipient.
- Third-party platforms: following the terms and policies of LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), X, TikTok, Google, Telegram and any other service you connect. Those platforms may limit or suspend your accounts independently of us.
- Your end users' data: providing privacy notices to your own customers and contacts and having a lawful basis to process their data through the Services. Where we process that data for you, our Data Processing Addendum applies.
- Voice cloning: uploading only voice samples of yourself or of people who have given permission.
You must not:
- use the Services for fraud, scams, spam, harassment, or illegal or deceptive content;
- impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent that an AI is a human where that is unlawful;
- upload malware, probe or break our security, or bypass usage limits or rate limits;
- scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law or by Reseller Mode;
- use the Services to process protected health information under HIPAA, payment card data outside our Stripe checkout, or other regulated data we have not agreed in writing to handle.
We may suspend or limit the Services, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law, or to protect our users, our providers or the public. We will tell you when we can.
6. Your content and data
- You own the content and data you upload, connect or create through the Services, including call transcripts, recordings, leads and AI output generated for you (“Customer Content”).
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Content to train our own AI models.
- You confirm you have the rights and consents needed for us to process Customer Content.
- You can export your data and delete your account from your dashboard settings. After deletion or termination we delete Customer Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. AI features and output
- The Services use third-party AI models and voice providers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, and similar prompts can produce different results.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI output (including what your AI Phone Agent or chatbot tells your customers, and emails or posts it drafts) before relying on it or publishing it. AI output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
- You are responsible for how your AI agents are configured, including their instructions, knowledge base and the actions you allow them to take, such as booking meetings or sending messages.
8. Our intellectual property
The Services, including our software, designs, templates, themes, voices catalog, documentation and brand, belong to Striveloom and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription under these Terms. For agency work, ownership of final deliverables passes to you on full payment unless the proposal says otherwise; we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how and grant you a license to use them as part of the deliverables. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Services integrate with third-party services (for example Stripe, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Twilio and accounting or CRM tools). Your use of them is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or actions. If a third party changes or withdraws its API, we may need to change or remove the related feature.
10. Reseller Mode
If you use Reseller Mode, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. You are responsible for your relationship with your own clients, including your pricing, support and compliance with these Terms. Striveloom retains the platform fee shown at signup (currently 15% of routed revenue) from payments processed through your workspace.
11. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public business information that it receives through the Services with reasonable care, use it only to perform under these Terms, and not disclose it except to people who need to know it and are bound by similar duties, or where required by law.
12. Service levels and support
Support and any service-level commitments are described on our Support & SLA page. We work to keep the Services available but may have planned maintenance or unplanned outages, including outages of third-party providers.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR AN ACCEPTED PROPOSAL, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THEY WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT, RANKING OR REVENUE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW: (A) NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL; AND (B) EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO STRIVELOOM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity obligations, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Striveloom and its members, employees and contractors from third-party claims, fines and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Customer Content, your calls, texts, emails or posts made through the Services, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of law, including telemarketing, call-recording, anti-spam and privacy laws.
16. Term and termination
- These Terms apply while you use the Services.
- You may stop using the Services and cancel subscriptions at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not fix the breach within 10 days of notice, immediately for serious or unlawful misuse, or for non-payment.
- On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including fees owed, content license for wind-down, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) survive.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to them. Before filing a claim, please contact us at hello@striveloom.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
19. General
These Terms, together with any accepted proposal, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and, where signed, the Data Processing Addendum, are the entire agreement between us about the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
