Challenge
Brightline's ops team was manually copying data between Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, and a Google Sheet. Invoices were missed, refunds were delayed, and the team was drowning in copy-paste work.
Solution
We built an n8n automation pipeline that connects all 4 systems with error handling, retry logic, and Slack alerts. Invoices auto-create in QuickBooks, refunds trigger instant notifications, and discrepancies are flagged before they become problems.
Outcome
