Challenge
Acme Labs' field team was using paper forms and WhatsApp to collect patient data. Data loss was common, compliance was impossible to audit, and doctors hated the workflow.
Solution
We built a React Native app with offline-first architecture, end-to-end encryption, biometric auth, and automatic sync when connectivity returns. Integrated with their existing EHR via HL7 FHIR.
Outcome
4.8★ on both stores, 12K daily active users. The results speak for themselves — every metric moved in the right direction, and the client saw ROI within the first month of launch.
